Amaury Poudray

Born in Cholet in 1985, after his baccalaureate he attended the Ecole Supérieure d’Art et de Design in St Etienne, France. During his studies, he took part in a workshop in London run by Ron Arad before collaborating with Matali Crasset for the Saint-Etienne International Design Biennial in 2006. From September 2007 to March 2008, he headed off to study in the United States at the Rhode Island School of Design. In June 2009, Amaury obtained his DNSEP (superior national diplomas of plastic expression) in St Etienne, after a year researching materials and structures, their tension and their fragility. In the same year he registered the brand name USIN-e with Rémi Bouhaniche. In April 2011, he joined Fabrica, where he has been carrying out collective and personal projects, at the same time as his activities in France.

_poser, living room table with satellite, was created as a new addition to the Limited Editions line. Based on the repetition of a single form and dedicated to minimally designed contemporary apartments, it can be assembled and unassembled as needed for a dinner between friends, or a comfortable work session on the sofa. The luxury of this piece is apparent in the material, the French oak and the significant attention paid to the detail.
